Refund & Cancellation Policy – NB Excellence Awards 2025

1. No Refund Policy

• All event pass purchases are strictly non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
  • Inability to attend the event due to personal reasons
  • Travel or visa issues
  • Medical conditions
  • Any other unforeseen circumstances

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

• Refunds will only be considered if the entire event is cancelled by the organizer.
• In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3. Event Postponement/Reschedule

• If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your purchased passes will remain valid for the new date.
• No refunds will be issued in such cases.
