🎯 ABOUT THE AWARDS

The NB Excellence Awards 2025 aim to recognize outstanding individuals and brands across the Hospitality, Lifestyle, and Wellness industries who have made exemplary contributions, demonstrated leadership, and driven innovation in the past 12–24 months.

Award categories span areas such as:

• Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts, F\&B, Events, Travel Experiences)
• Lifestyle (Fashion, Beauty, Design, Luxury Retail, Influencers)
• Wellness (Spas, Fitness, Nutrition, Holistic Healing, Mental Health)

🔷 GENERAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicable to all nominees:

1. Active Status
   The nominee (individual or brand) must be currently operational and active in the relevant industry.
2. Industry Alignment
   Must operate within the Hospitality, Lifestyle, or Wellness sectors.
3. Achievement Period
   Accomplishments should have occurred between December 2023 – November 2025.
4. Compliance
   Nominees must adhere to applicable industry standards, legal regulations, and ethical practices.
5. No Conflict of Interest
   Nominees must not have direct affiliations with the NB Awards organizing team, sponsors, or jury members.
6. Submission Deadline
   All required documents must be submitted before the deadline for consideration.
7. Final Decision
   Award selection will be at the *sole discretion of the Jury Panel, whose decision shall be *final and binding.

👤 INDIVIDUAL-CENTRIC CATEGORIES

(For entrepreneurs, founders, professionals, consultants, influencers, etc.)

Key Evaluation Parameters:

1. Leadership & Industry Influence
   Recognized leadership in the Hospitality, Lifestyle, or Wellness domain.
2. Innovation & Excellence
   Contributions to service excellence, unique ideas, product development, or consumer engagement.
3. Minimum Business Impact
   Nominee should be responsible for or significantly contribute to a business vertical/project with a minimum annual turnover or impact of INR 50 lakhs.
4. NOC Requirement
   If the nominee is employed by an organization, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or official endorsement must be submitted, confirming:

• Their role and achievements
• Company approval for participation
• Compliance with internal policies

1. Industry Reputation
   Positive professional reputation, peer recognition, and media/industry visibility.

🏢 BRAND-CENTRIC CATEGORIES

(For brands in hospitality chains, beauty, spa/wellness centers, resorts, designer labels, health & nutrition services, etc.)

Key Evaluation Parameters:

1. Market Presence & Performance
   Must have a verifiable annual turnover of INR 1 crore or more in the latest financial year.
2. Innovation & Brand Positioning
   Distinctive brand identity, product/service differentiation, and consumer experience.
3. Reputation & Customer Trust
   Solid brand value, loyalty, and feedback from clientele.
4. Sustainability & CSR
   Demonstrated efforts in sustainability, social impact, diversity, or wellness advocacy.

📂 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

For Individuals:

• Completed nomination form
• Updated CV/Resume
• NOC or endorsement letter (if employed)
• Supporting documentation (press/media coverage, KPIs, testimonials, portfolio)

For Brands:

• Business registration/license copy
• Audited financials (latest FY)
• Portfolio or campaign samples
• Testimonials, reviews, or client list
• CSR/Sustainability initiatives (if applicable)

I acknowledge that the decision of the NB Excellence Awards 2025 Jury Panel is final and binding.

In the event of any dispute arising from the nomination or award process, I agree to submit to *arbitration as per applicable laws, and accept that *all legal jurisdiction will lie exclusively in New Delhi, India.
